Colossians 3:22-25
22-25Servants, do what you're told by your earthly masters. And don't just do the minimum that will get you by. Do your best. Work from the heart for your real Master, for God, confident that you'll get paid in full when you come into your inheritance. Keep in mind always that the ultimate Master you're serving is Christ. The sullen servant who does shoddy work will be held responsible. Being a follower of Jesus doesn't cover up bad work.
Do your best and work from your heart!!
1 Corinthians 10:31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Heaven not earth
Colossians 3:2
Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.
Hard to do at times with all this junk that we see around us, but if we just keep focus on what matters we will stay on the right track!!

I like it!
Yes, Adam's one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ's one act of righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone.
Romans 5:18
This is Klove's verse of the day! I really liked it! Christ's huge act of righteousness gave us all LIFE!!

I'm hooked on Romans!
Romans 5:9-11
Now that we are set right with God by means of this sacrificial death, the consummate blood sacrifice, there is no longer a question of being at odds with God in any way. If, when we were at our worst, we were put on friendly terms with God by the sacrificial death of his Son, now that we're at our best, just think of how our lives will expand and deepen by means of his resurrection life! Now that we have actually received this amazing friendship with God, we are no longer content to simply say it in plodding prose. We sing and shout our praises to God through Jesus, the Messiah!
HE IS THE MESSIAH!! Shout it out!!

New find!! Check it out!!
Romans 5:3-5
3-5There's more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we're hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we're never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!
I love it!

Warning signs
This morning at church the Pastor talked about warning signs. For example in the story about the Ark, Noah warned all the people but no one listened. How many times in your life do the warning signs appear and you turn the other way. Really made me think about my own life and the warning signs that I have seen.

Go look for HIM
Jeremiah 29:13
13-14"When you come looking for me, you'll find me. "Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." God's Decree. "I'll turn things around for you. I'll bring you back from all the countries into which I drove you"—God's Decree—"bring you home to the place from which I sent you off into exile. You can count on it.
Are you looking for him or are you still lost in an empty city? Run to him!!
