1 Peter 5:7 casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
When you/I give all out worries to God we have such a better day! Here lately I have just have been really down and I will call my mom or my beat friend but I need to just talk to him first and let go of all that extra weight! We don't need it, so hand it on over to him.
