I got online today and got to watch Pastor Stu in action! He preached about how this is the season for waiting. We are waiting for the big day. We are all waiting for the 25th! However some of us are waiting to find out that we are pregnant, or that our husband might not leave us, or that we might find a job. And we are begging and begging God for answers and help...but no answer. Just because we don't get an answer from God doesn't mean that he isn't there. He isn't giving us the silent treatment...he is more mature than that! He is at work, planning what is about to happen. Don't let you waiting turn into worrying. He is there and will always take care of you.
Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Did you know that this verse was wrote 700 years before he was born?????? WOW look how long these people waited! And before the birth of Jesus was silent for 400 years. And we think waiting a week will kill us! AH! Crazy huh?
Just remember that he is there and he hears all things!! He is just planning and sometimes planning takes time!
