Hospitality

Last night we had my husband's cousins and Uncle Royce over to eat some gumbo!  We had an amazing time..we  are trying to do this every Saturday.  We want Shane's family to come over and EAT!! LOL We want to spend quality time with them before we leave in February.
My husband said to me today, "Do you ever just wanna do more" WHY yes! We both strive and strive to always have an open door, to feed the neighborhood kids.  In Cheyenne I was always feeding others....in San Angelo we feed more kids than anything. And guess what we always have tons of food left...we only buy to feed us and God always provides us enough food to feed everyone else!  I learned this from my Cheyenne Mother Carolyn! She taught me that no matter how tough times are that we can all get together for a meal and it always makes things better.

Romans 12:13 says: "Share with God's people who are in need.  Practice HOSPITALITY."

Open your doors to someone this week...... feed them a meal.  Everyone is in need of something!  Thank you Carolyn for teaching me hospitality!!
