What bait do you like?

 ur youth pastor spoke at church and it was amazing.  He did a really great job and this is what I learned:

                                                         Hooked
                                       "Don't take the bait of temptation"
                 Satan knows what bait we will take.. he knows what we like so that's the bait he uses.
For example; I do not have a problem with drinking, so Satan will not temp me with that..he will find my weakness.  Satan will attack us when we are the weakest.  When we are having that bad day or when someone has hurt our feelings, he knows when to mess you up.

Matthew 26:41  "Stay alert; be in prayer so you don't wander into temptation without even knowing you're in danger.  There is a part of you that is eager, ready for anything in God.  But there's another part that's lazy as an old dog sleeping by the fire."

We never want to allow ourselves to be close to the edge.  So stay alert of what you are doing and what Satan is tempting you with.

(a) real pressure + (b) real temptations= (c) real consequences
(a)-means you want to fit in Romans 7:15
(b)- physical, chemical. and emotional temptations
(c)- Growth consequences or pain consequences

If we make bad choices than their will be bad consequences....

What will you do with this thing called temptation????   Don't let it run your life
